Wreck I Diver

Introduction

Are you interested in exploring ship wrecks? Then you should enrol on a wreck diving course. The CMAS Wreck I Diver course will give you an introduction to wreck diving and the fundamentals of safe wreck diving.

Course Information

During this course you will learn about basic ship architecture and terminology, wreck laws including ancient wrecks, navigation using ship architecture and a reel and line including the advantages and disadvantages. During the practical session you will learn about procedures for non-penetrating wreck diving, laying out navigation line technique, tying off methods and types of reel and line.

Course Requirements

To begin your journey as a CMAS Wreck Level 1 Diver you must be at least 14 years old and be a certified CMAS One Star Diver (or equivalent). You must have a minimum of 10 logged dives have a medical certificate that declares you medically fit to scuba dive by a certified physician that is not older than two years (or one year if you are older than 35).
